jpcc

today i went to jpcc (jakarta praise community church) at wisma nusantara with odrod, sut, take, and ko owen, then i met uniq there.
this is my first time going to this church. we came in order to buy True Worshippers concert. hihi =)
the service was so crowded. it's start at 12.30 pm, we arrived at 12.15 but we got no place to sit. so we sat at the back, outside the gate, there were TVs show the stage.
but fortunately uniq had tagged a place for me so i could come in, but the otehrs must sat out there. so sorry guys. =(
and u know what? the place is so BIG.hehe. i love the way they worshipping. =)
and the preaching is quiet great i thought.
odrod said she was so sleepy. but based on uniq's opinion, sit at outside will make u sleepy, so i dont confuse when odrod said she was sleepy. hehe
well, maybe i'll tell u what's the preaching about.
the theme is about the purpose of life.
the preacher said, we all have purpose when we're created. (i surely agree)
then he took a sample. a chair. it's created for us to sit.
so when we dont sit on the chair, it doesnot fulfil its purpose. even when we use it to do another tasks such as ganjel pintu. it helps us actually, but it's not its purpose. same with us. =)
the next sample was a mobile phone. a product is launched in order to fulfil its creator's purpose. when the product is failed, the creator's name is bet.
and inside the packaging (the box) there's a manual book. it's just the same with us.
we are the product of God. we have manual book, so we can be used in maximum limit.
but why our manual book (read : Bible) is so thick? because we're much more precious and complicated than that mobile phone. =)
dont know why but i like this parable.
maybe i should listen preach more focus next time, so i'll feel blessed like this everytime i listen to a preach.hehe.

back to our visit, after the service finished, we're all went downstairs to buy tickets then went home. mmm.. actually i dont like this part of this church. after the service finished, everybody just like doesnt know each other (or maybe they really does), and no greeting or chit chat together as we do in my church. maybe it's just because they have too many community's member.hoho
